The seller is Arlestudios AB. The product description, total price, applicable taxes and payment terms shown before checkout form part of the purchase agreement. Payment is processed by the platform shown at checkout.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Local Search Playbook is supplied as digital content through Payhip. The purchaser receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use the PDF for their own personal or internal business purposes. The PDF may not be resold, republished, uploaded, publicly displayed or distributed to third parties.
For consumer purchases, immediate delivery begins only after the purchaser expressly requests and consents to immediate supply and acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal is thereby lost once the download is made available. This does not affect statutory rights if the digital content is faulty or is not supplied.

The catalogue pilot is a fixed-scope business-to-business service for Swedish legal entities. Production begins after payment and receipt of complete, valid source material. The 48-hour delivery target begins when the required Shopify product CSV, logo, accent colour and fixed template/price-field selections have been received and accepted as usable.
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of product data, prices, availability, images, trademarks and other supplied material. Arlestudios AB may reject prohibited, unlawful, corrupted or materially non-conforming input. Any material outside the published fixed scope requires a separate written agreement; Arlestudios AB is not obliged to accept custom work.
If Arlestudios AB cannot deliver the agreed fixed-scope pilot, the customer may request correction, replacement delivery or an appropriate refund. Cancellation or refund requests made for other reasons are assessed before production begins. This does not limit any mandatory rights.
Customers retain their rights to files, logos, images and product information they supply. Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights to use and provide that material. Arlestudios AB retains rights to its software, production methods, layouts, templates and generic demonstration material. Delivery gives the customer the right to use and share its finished catalogue for its own legitimate business purposes.
Digital products and catalogues are supplied for their stated practical purpose. No guarantee is made regarding search rankings, traffic, calls, sales, retailer acceptance or other business outcomes. Liability is not excluded where exclusion would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Please contact Arlestudios AB first so that a complaint can be investigated. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in the forum available under applicable consumer law. Business disputes are subject to the Swedish courts unless the parties agree otherwise.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- name, email address, telephone number and billing/contact address;

- files and correspondence you provide for catalogue production;
- technical information supplied by our website, payment, delivery and communication providers.
Do not send Shopify credentials, customer data, order data or other unnecessary personal information for the catalogue pilot.
We process data to:

- deliver products, provide support and handle complaints;

- protect our services, prevent misuse and establish or defend legal claims;
- send marketing only where permitted and subject to your right to object or withdraw consent.
The relevant legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.
We disclose data only where necessary to operate the relevant service, including to payment and sales platforms such as Payhip and Stripe, Google Workspace and Google Drive for communication and file delivery, Bokio for accounting, and professional advisers or public authorities where legally required.
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers must use an applicable lawful safeguard. Each provider also processes data under its own published terms and privacy information where it acts independently.
Accounting and transaction records are retained for the period required by Swedish law, normally at least seven years. Other personal data is retained only for as long as needed for delivery, support, complaints, security or legal claims. Catalogue source material should be retained only for production and the included refresh, then deleted when no longer needed. A customer may request earlier deletion where no legal or contractual reason requires continued storage.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
